​​​The choreography of the dance changes every time corresponding to the theme of the stories. Yoga wind-down further supports calming strategies, helping with managing anxiety and overwhelm. ​ 

 

We end every playtime by doing some fun arts and crafts activities tailored to the theme of the preceding story. Your child will bring extra fun art projects home to add to their creativity and learning. This will also give you, the parent or caregiver, an opportunity to take part in these activities with your child, creating a space where the whole family can participate in exploring feelings and engaging in dialogue, further fostering your child's emotionally healthy world.
