About the Kids Programs

Sparking curiosity by engaging in adventurous and imaginative play

Regular attendance allows children to become familiar with our stories, characters, yoga poses, songs, music and other activities, thus gaining well-rounded developmental experience, encouraging self-expression, building confidence, and learning. Meeting new children and parents fosters a sense of community!

Program for children 3-5 years old:

Goga Play Kids Yoga - Story Adventures

Your child will experience many imaginary journeys in our interactive, one of a kind puppet shows through movement and stories.

This creates an opportunity to inspire children to further pay attention to their feelings and the feelings of others.

Every session is a different themed adventure of learning, participating, solving mysteries, exploring, and fun!

In this engaging play and activities, we also explore the world around us, encouraging curiosity.

In children's yoga, incorporating storytelling and playfulness creates an experience that is cooperative, social, and non-competitive, making it suitable for every child.

Emphasis is on activities that promote movement and focus, rather than achieving perfect poses. This is what makes kids yoga such a great fun way to get your child moving!

We dance, we stretch, we get creative, we use music and props, such as balls, scarfs, hula hoops, rhythmic instruments, and more. We also engage in a variety of games that correspond with the theme of the session.

Yoga offers numerous physical and mental benefits for children. It improves balance, focus, concentration, coordination, core strength, and flexibility. It also helps with building confidence, making it a valuable activity for their overall wellbeing and development.

We end every playtime by doing some fun arts and crafts activities tailored to the theme of the preceding story. Your child will bring extra fun art projects home to add to their creativity and learning. This will also give you, the parent or caregiver, an opportunity to take part in these activities with your child, creating a space where the whole family can participate in exploring feelings and engaging in dialogue, further fostering your child's emotionally healthy world.

Program for children 0-4 years old:

Zümbini combines music and movement, upbeat sing-alongs, rhythmic instruments, scarf play, interactive dance tunes and more, creating the ultimate bonding experience between you and your child. It is a research-based early childhood program with real benefits, yet still fun and enjoyable for both children and caregivers. Weekly classes provide ongoing exposure to new songs and activities, keeping children engaged and continually learning.

The playtime we are offering is 45 minutes long
Parent/caregiver attended sessions
Sing, dance and play together while developing your little one's social, cognitive, emotional, and motor skills.
